CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Requirements:
• University degree
• Excellent level of English (both written and spoken), a second foreign language will be considered as an advantage
• Prior customer service/ sales experience (advantage)
• Prior experience with SAP (advantage)

Skills:
• Very good communication skills
• Positive and proactive attitude to identify opportunities within challenges
• Collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
• Supports the marketing and the sales departments in their everyday work
• Submits information to clients regarding the products the company is offering
• Keeps updated the (potential) clients’ and suppliers’ data base, including contracts, products, prices, etc.
• Controls the set terms for production and delivery
• Collects feedback from clients
• Supports the process of collection of accounts receivable
• Prepares various reports and analyses
