PRODUCTION MANAGER

Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise all production related activities and ensure the most cost-effective manufacturing while meeting the production schedule with best quality
• Ensure that the production planning and scheduling in manufacturing are according to the requested volumes
• Ensure that all quality and safety regulations are in place, monitored and followed by corrective actions
• Responsible for budgeting, as well as for adherence to budget figures, tracking and reporting of deviations
• Manage the production unit’s team and ensure people development and guidance (incl. participation in recruitment and selection of personnel and carrying out of performance appraisals)

Requirements:
• University degree in Engineering /Manufacturing, Business Administration or Economics/
• Minimum 3 years experience in the field of the production management
• Knowledge and previous experience with Quality Systems and Lean Manufacturing
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Handling complexity and problem solving skills
• Excellent analytical and planning skills
• Strategically oriented and pro-active person with strong drive to achieve results
• Very good English
