RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communication with clients – over the phone and via email;
• Understanding the needs of the clients – building long lasting and sustainable relationships;
• Providing the client with the necessary information and reports;
• Assisting the client with his questions and problems he/she might have;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Completing all assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent command of English and Turkish;
• Good attention to detail;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Experience in working with WS Office, Internet;
• Good team player.
No previous experience is required! Full and paid training is provided!
